Terms of Service

1. Service

FeedBug provides a visual bug reporting widget that creates Linear issues from end-user feedback. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Account

You must sign in with a valid Linear account. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and for any activity under your account.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service or threaten its security.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is limited to 1 project and 10 feedbacks per month. Paid plans (Pro 9€/month, Team 19€/month) lift these limits and unlock additional features as described on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT collection in applicable jurisdictions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Submit illegal, harassing, defamatory or infringing content
  • Capture data from sites you do not own or do not have authorization to instrument
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Resell or relabel the service without a written agreement

You are responsible for the content of feedbacks submitted via your projects and for displaying the widget only on sites you control.

5. Service availability

FeedBug runs on Cloudflare's global edge network. We aim for high availability but make no SLA commitment outside of a custom enterprise agreement.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent French courts.
